My last Fix...of 2015.

Like I could ever quit Stitch Fix!  I did take a little break before the holidays so I was really excited to get a new box.

In case you're new to Stitch Fix it's a monthly styling subscription service. When you sign up you take a survey about your sizes, your style, and pricing preferences, and then your personal stylist sends you 5 items to try once a month. The fee for this service is $20, and that includes free shipping and free returns. And if you keep any of the items they send you, you get to deduct the $20 fee from the total. You get a 25% discount if you keep all five items.  And if you decide to sign up and want to use this link, I get a $25 discount.

Staccato Siri Cowl Neck Poncho:
I won't lie.  I absolutely hated this sweater when I looked up pictures of it.  I wondered what the stylist was thinking when she sent it.  But guess what?  It's kind of cute on!  It's so cozy.  Unfortunately the neck unrolls every time I lean over so back it went.

Just Black Adorra Skinny Jean:
I had asked for a pair of dark wash jeans and my stylist delivered. They look black pictures but they're really a dark navy wash. They are so comfortable and a perfect fit.  I love them!  For reference I am 5'1" and 110lbs.  These are 4 petite. The inseam is 27" on these.   I can definately see these being my new favorite jeans.

Margaret M Emer High Waisted Trouser:
The famous Emer pants!  I've heard so many good things about these.  People, these are FULL LENGTH.  Did I mention I'm 5'1"?  Crazy right?  These are labeled Petite Small.  I actually pulled them down a little for the picture. They ride up to my calves when I walk around in them.   I contacted Stitch Fix because I thought they might have been crop pants that were accidentally mislabeled.  Stitch Fix customer service wrote back to inform me that they are indeed full length petite, not crop pants.  The inseam for these are 24".  Something to keep in mind if you're petite and interested in the Emers.  On a side note, you can add inseam preferences in your style profile.  I selected 28"-32".  These obviously did not fall into that range.  Definitely returning.

Skies are Blue Kara Cutout Neckline Blouse (with the Emer Trouser):

Front detail.
Back detail.
This is a cute top!  The color is a bright poppy red and gorgeous.  The cut is very flattering and I love the detail at the neckline.  Unfortunately it's too small.  It's a Petite XS.  I think a Petite Small would have been perfect.   I liked this top enough to consider trying to exchange it for a a different size but you never know how the next size up is going to fit.  I think I'll just request something similar for my next Fix instead.  Return.

Marlyn Schiff Linnes Chevron Cuff:

This would be a great piece for layering.  I have small wrists and like the fact that you can adjust the fit.  But I feel like I have enough chevron in my life so it's a return for me.
